Free express shipping for orders over $100 with code: FREESHIPPINGAU

$9.95 Overnight Express for all other orders. This ensures 1-2 Business Days Delivery in Metro Areas. May take 2-3 Business Days for regional areas. Click HERE to see if your postcode is within the ‘next day’ delivery zone.

Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm AEST will be sent out the same day.

International

Free express shipping for orders over $150 with code: FREESHIPPINGINT

$25 Flat Rate for Pack & Track International (tracking number provided). Allow 7 – 21 days for delivery.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

RETURNS POLICY

If you’d like to return an item(s), all you need to do is email us to request a returns form – hello@alobotanics.com –  This will need to be filled out and sent back with your item(s) within 14 days of original receipt.

We want our customers to be 100% happy with their new ALŌ oils. So, in the event that your product is unsuitable, we will be happy to offer a credit or exchange.

CREDITS

As return postage is the responsibility of the sender, we issue credit notes to 110% of the purchase price. The extra 10% to help out with the cost of return postage.

Credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue and can be redeemed at alobotanics.com. They are processed within 3 business days & you will be contacted via email with details of your credit.

EXCHANGES

If you require an exchange, please contact us prior to returning your order to ensure the new product is available. In the event that we don’t have your desired product available, a credit will be issued. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender but as compensation, we will be happy to send out the new order free of charge. If there is a balance remaining on the new order, we will email you an invoice via alobotanics.com.

FAULTY ITEMS & REFUNDS

Here at ALŌ HQ, we endeavour to only send out products in perfect condition. However, if you feel for any reason that you have been sent a faulty item, please notify us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Include photos if you wish. In the event that we are unable to offer a repair or replacement, we will be happy to issue a refund.

Please Note: Items must be received in original condition and unopened (where possible).
